American
Pyrotechnics Association (APA)
- The APA is the premier trade association of
the fireworks industry encouraging safety, providing
industry information and support to members
as well as promoting responsible regulation
of the fireworks industry.
Canadian
Fireworks Association (CFA) - Promote
the safe and responsible use of pyrotechnics
and fireworks through education and communication
in Canada.
International
Symposium of Fireworks (ISF) -
Each Symposium focuses on bringing together
individuals of diverse pyrotechnic background,
to provide a fertile atmosphere in which to
see the newest technology, to trade experience
and ideas on ways to enhance the industry and
to move the science forward.
National
Fireworks Association (NFA)
- The NFA is an organization composed of
individuals and companies dedicated to the safe
use of fireworks. Formed in 1992 through the
foresight of President Emeritus Cam Starr, the
NFA goal is to to protect the rights of individuals
and companies to utilize and enjoy fireworks.
Pyrotechnics
Guild International (PGI) - The
Pyrotechnics Guild International, Inc., founded
in 1969, is an independent worldwide nonprofit
organization of amateur and professional fireworks
enthusiasts.
Western
Pyrotechnics Association (WPA)
- The WPA was founded in 1989 by pyrotechnic
enthusiasts who decided a west coast based organization
was long overdue. In the spirit of the PGI and
other organizations, we wanted a network of
close friends we could share our love for fireworks
with and hold events that were both entertaining
and educational.
