Timing

"I like tight choreographies. When I've timed the cue or I toggle the switch, I want it to fire NOW, not a tenth of a second from now. If I have to wire the system directly to do that, okay. If you want to sell me wireless, it'd better work the same way."

With Firelinx, the Master controller is wired directly to the E-matches. This is one of the best features of a wired system; there's no radio in the critical path. Now this feature is available in a wireless system as well. Since the firing modules have their own internal clocks, there's zero latency from the moment of the programmed time to the current flowing in the match. Every time.
